According to the instructions of the ship owner, Shanghai Yizhou
Shipping Co., LTD., our company, assigned 6 people to the Mingdong
wharf of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Phase 5 for emergency repair of the
top mast of the bridge. 4 engineers went on board for repair, and
2 people cooperated at the wharf. Due to the tight time and large
amount of work, in order not to affect the normal sailing of the
ship, our company discussed with the ship owner and reached an
emergency righting, reinforcement and repair, so as not to affect
the normal sailing of the ship. The repair process is as follows:

HuEEW123 is the material and tool transport vehicle of our
company. There is no contact or communication in the whole
process, and all communication is through mobile phones. The
repair process is as follows:
15:00 photos for our shore and scene survey of damage photos, and
then make corresponding preparations;
21:30 Through the efforts of our engineers, with the cooperation
of the wharf gantry crane, the big mast was finally righted by
using the hoist;
At 00:20, cut the bending part of the mast, fill the cut part, and
weld the new ribs. According to the requirements of the ship, weld
2 more ribs instead of the original 3 to further strengthen the
stability and safety of the big mast.
At 00:40, the welding of the mast is finished, repair the base of
the navigation lights and replace the new navigation lights as
required by the ship, otherwise the captain refuses to sail; Our
engineer urgently repaired the base of the navigation lights, and
simply followed the navigation and told the ship to strengthen the
navigation lights in the daytime; 01:30 The pilot boarded the
ship, and our engineer got off the ship. The isolation vehicle had
been waiting for us. We boarded the vehicle for closed-loop
management and entered the seamen's hotel for isolation.
