After lifting off the cylinder head, check and confirm that the cylinder liner is of old type before lifting out the piston as required by the ship It is new, check to confirm that NO.1 cylinder liner of main engine is new, but only old ones on board Type b cylinder liner piston guide sleeve, no new cylinder liner matching lower piston guide sleeve, As a result, the piston cannot be hoisted out (the piston cannot be reloaded after being hoisted out), which has been confirmed again by the ship After consultation, the professional cylinder lifting will be stopped. After cleaning the cylinder head, the pipeline will be reloaded And connecting rod bolts, etc.

6. Close the door after inspection by the pipe wheel.

7. Reloading, pressure testing, and normal delivery of gas, water and oil pressure to ship for acceptance and approval.

一、主机吊缸工程(主机型号:HYUNDAI-SULZER 10RTA96C)

1 按工程单内容及工务部指示,安排吊缸工人7人携液压工具上 船,准备对主机NO.1#缸进行常规吊缸作业。

2 上船后,确认船方已经关闭气、水、油。

3 放掉缸套冷却水腔中的冷却水,拆掉与其相连的管子,将所有 管口用布包好。对气缸盖螺母、螺栓做好记号,吊起汽缸盖, 清洁、检查汽缸盖。拆除排烟管不锈钢膨胀管。

4 缸盖水套拆换O-Ring,备件船供。

5 吊离缸头后,按船方要求在吊出活塞前检查确认缸套是旧型还 是新型的,检查确认主机NO.1#缸套是新型缸套,而船上只有旧 型缸套活塞令导向套,无为新型缸套配套的下活塞令导向套, 导致不能吊出活塞(吊出后无法回装下活塞),经船方再次确认 后商议后停止本次吊缸专业,缸头清洁后回装,已拆除的管路 及连杆螺栓等回装。

6 经大管轮检查,关闭道门。

7 装复、试压,气、水、油压力正常交船验收认可。

二 外高桥港港监报备1次。

三 安排安全值班1人至工程结束。

四 车间-码头吊缸工人乘用车来回1次。

五 吊缸工人上船开工时间23:00(2018-07-12), 完工下船时间06:00(2018-07-13)。
