According to the owner's instructions, Shanghai Ocean Credence Marine Service Co., Ltd 18workers were sent to Shanghai YangShan phase 3 will be cargo hold Bay22and 26 normal cleaning, 15 workers (medical isolation) aboard cleaning ,3 workers terminal assistance, in order not to affect the loading and unloading of containers, our company through a day and a night's work days, completed the work ahead of time, ensure the normal order of the ship sailing. The specific cleaning process is as follows:

ⅠENTRY PORT

The isolation workers of our company will arrive at the isolation Hotel (Seafarer Hotel) at 17pm on October 31st,(flg,1).Nov.1st,At 22:30 at night, the seafarer hotel leaves (FLG.2), and arrives at the No.1 gate of the dock at 23:00 (FLG.3.4.5), and at the No.2 gate of the dock at 23:10. At 23:20, the isolation vehicles wait under the gangway of the ship, and at 23:40, our trucks loaded with cleaning items wait at the dock(flg.8), because the ship has just finished berthing(flg.9). Unable to communicate with the ship, we had to wait on the dock.

ⅡBOARDING

We could not contact the ship when we contacted the agent,Finally, at 01:30am on November 2, the gangway at the entrance of the ladder was lowered, and our company's personnel boarded the ship one after made protection. After the isolation personnel boarded the ship(flg1...6), our dock assistance personnel drove the truck to the gangway at 02:00 (flg7.8.9)and waited for the crane to lift our cleaning tools and materials onto the ship. Quarantine personnel are required to use mobile phones to communicate with their helpers without contact or communication.

Ⅲ Bay26 Pollution Survey

At 02:30am.All 15 workers of our company boarded the ship.BAY26 is empty and BAY22 is full. Communicate with the on-duty personnel on board. All our staff will clean BAY26 and then coordinate with the dock to unload BAY22 as soon as possible.After communicating with the ship, they began to divide the work. Four people assisted in transporting materials, and 11 people went down to the bottom of BAY26 cargo hold for pollution survey（flg1..9）.

Ⅳ Worked In The Bay 26

At 03:00am Workers used oil absorbent cotton for oil cleaning(flg1(1..3)), at 03:30am used sawdust for cleaning(flg2(1...9)), at 05:45am used detergent and disinfectant to clean the ground(flg3(1..3)), at 06:30 am used brush to clean(flg4(1..4)), and at 07:30am then used rags and mop in the second to clean the ground(flg4(1.2)）.

Ⅴ After cleaning bilge floor and packing

At 08:35am.Floor cleaning finished(flg.1..7),then had breakfast, at 09:35AM, packing completed,(flg.8.9) waiting for garbage transfer, Bay26 cleaning finished. personnel take a short rest, waiting for Bay22 container unloaded

ⅥBay22 Pollution Survey

At 11:00am,Bay22 is almost finished unloading, our personnel wait in the bilge for the last container to be unloaded, and then investigate the contamination as shown in the picture above (FLG.1... 12).

At 12:00,had lunch,after had a rest 1hours,at 13:00pm.Seal the leaking container with leak blocking material on board(flg1.2(1..3)),All the staff continue to clean Bay22. After the cleaning work on the ship is finished, three dock assistance staff will go to the container yard to seal the second time.At 21:30Seal the leaking container with leak blocking material again in the container yard.

Ⅷ Worked in the Bay22

4.Handrail walkway was cleaned

At13:00pm, Bay22 started cleaning. At14:00pm, started cleaning with oil absorbent cotton(flg1(1..3)),detergent and sawdust(flg2(1...12)). At 14:30,the leaking container was transferred to the container yard, At 17:00, the dirty oil and sludge will be basically cleaned. At 17:30, dinner will be started.At 18:00, rags will be used for cleaning.At19:00,Handrail walkway was cleaned(flg4(1..4)).

At20:00,The person in charge of the site of our company communicated with the dock and transferred the garbage to the truck of our company smoothly by using the gantry crane of the dock(flg1..8).

Ⅹ Isolation hotel special bus delivery

At21:30,the quarantined personnel will be brought back to the hotel by special bus and put under medical quarantine for 14 days(flg1..4) .All cleaning operations shall be completed and inspected and approved by the ship's officer on duty; At22:00, Bay22 and 26 starts normal loading.
